Here at Little Cottage Blooms we strive to provide high quality products and exceptional friendly and helpful service to all of our valued customers.
We go to great lengths to source the freshest flowers and have spent a lot of time finding high quality wholesalers, who provide us with very high quality stock as our reputation as a small business depends on it.
However, at times due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control, Eg: bad weather events that effect the growers and quality of stock, issues with the wholesale suppliers unable to source for us certain stock from growers and other things like sudden price increases which we then have to pass onto our customers. Dealing with organic and natural products such as flowers and flora, on the rare occasion sometimes quality may not meet ours or the customers expectations. What is provided depending of seasonal availability and current wholesale stock on hand may be different to the photo online of what you have ordered when being delivered etc, being we will always endeavour to re create your order as close as possible to the photo on what you have ordered from.
shipping
Click and collect: You will receive a notification for when your products are ready for collection and a pick up address.
Local delivery: $15 flat rate fee on all LOCAL orders
(Locations: Bargara, Burnett Heads, Elliott Heads, Innes Park, Coral Cove etc.)
Out of town delivery: $25 delivery fee for OUT OF TOWN LOCATIONS
(Locations: Gin Gin, South Kolan, Pine Creek, Sharon etc.)
NOTE: NO DELIVERIES ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
refund & return policy
We DO offer refunds or returns here at Little Cottage Blooms for our valued customers, as mentioned we always strive to deliver high quality product backed by high quality customer service.
If the order or goods you have received are faulty, broken, damaged, wilting or you’re genuinely unhappy, dissatisfied with the quality of your order or what you have received we will happily take back the goods and offer you a full refund or store credit, depending on what you would prefer. Please get in touch with us via email asap shall you require assistance with a refund - hello@littlecottagebloos.com.au
NOTE: We do REQUIRE photographs to be sent through to us no longer then 24hrs after receiving of goods to show either damage, poor quality or what your concern or issue is so we can determine the refund and see where we can further better our products for next time.

cancellation policy
Please select carefully from our website when purchasing/ordering flowers, gifts or workshop tickets. We do NOT unfortunately accept cancellations of orders once purchased.
Workshop tickets are unable to be cancelled/refunded, however due to unforeseen circumstances and you need to cancel, please contact us prior to the event and we will be able to offer you an option to be able to attend another workshops better suited to you at a later date.
However “NO SHOWS’ to the workshop without contacting us prior will be unable to receive this option sorry.
discounts, gift vouchers & special offers
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed via online store or instore and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date – these can not be redeemed for cash back or used after the expiry date.
Discount Codes can be used for online store purchases and are not redeemable on any other promotional items or transferable, they can be used once by each customer only.
Special Offers are issues by Little Cottage Blooms and can not be added to or used with any other promotions
